How long does it take for the average pimple to go away?

I have like patches of small small VERY small pimples but theyre so many because I guess I keep spreading them but theyre in patches on my face just under my eyes.

The sad truth about pimples is that they generally take apx 5 - 7 days to go. But what you are describing doesn't sound like the usual pimples that young people get. If with regular cleansing with a gentle cleanser (twice a day) they dont start to disappear on their own, it might be time to visit the doctor. You can also apply a tiny dot of Eucalyptus oil to the pimples. Do be careful with this stuff, it is never a case of 'the more the better', simply becuase it will cause redness and dryness to the surrounding skin. Then you will have TWO problems to deal with. if they're in patches, they might not be pimples - it could be a rash. i think the best thing to do is get it checked out and if it is a pimple, try squeezing a lemon and putting it on ur face. lemons are natural astringents, and the pimples should be gone w/in a couple of days.
three days or a week, but it could go on like for weeks, then, months, then years! so, better grab an OTC pimple treatment or better pay a visit to your Derma... it might not be pimples... it could be other skin disease which may need attention... plus! munch on fruits and veggies, load up water and restrict from preservatives loaded foods and those fatty/sweet stuff...

well they wont go away, but they will get smaller to the point where you can cover them up about a day or 2 if you dont touch them and leave um alone.
